Returns and refunds
At Shop ta Réf, every t-shirt is printed to order, just for you. So we wanted a simple, clear rule so that you can order with peace of mind.
1. You changed your mind: 14 days to withdraw from your order
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you are withdrawing from your purchase, without having to give a reason. To do so, email us at shoptaref689@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. You then have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. The t-shirt must come back in proper condition: clean, not worn beyond simply trying it on, and unwashed.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please keep your proof of postage.
We refund the full price of the items, as well as the standard delivery costs paid when you ordered, no later than 14 days after receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it back). The refund is made using the payment method used for the order.
2. Your t-shirt is damaged, defective or not what you ordered
It rarely happens, but if it does, we will take care of it. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at shoptaref689@gmail.com with:
- your order number;
- one or more photos of the problem (print defect, stain, hole, wrong design, wrong size received, etc.).
If the problem is confirmed, we will send you a new t-shirt or refund you, whichever you prefer. In that case, return shipping is not at your expense, and you generally do not need to send the faulty item back to us.
3. Lost or undelivered parcel
If your parcel has not arrived, email us with your order number. We check the tracking with the carrier, then either send your order again or refund you.
4. Cancelling an order
Since every t-shirt is printed on demand, your order goes into production shortly after payment. You can ask to cancel as long as it has not gone into production: email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the t-shirt has been printed, you can still use your right to withdraw from your order described in point 1.
5. Not sure about your size?
Our t-shirts are unisex and fit fairly loose. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one for a classic fit, or the larger one for an oversized look. If the size does not suit you, you can use your right to withdraw from your order (point 1) and place a new order in the right size.
