Shipping and delivery

Every Shop ta Réf t-shirt is printed to order by our print partner, then shipped directly to you. Here is how it works.

1. Lead times

• Production: printing and preparing your order generally takes 2 to 7 business days after payment.
• Transport: delivery time is then added on top and depends on your country and the carrier. An estimate is shown at checkout.

These times are indicative. They may be longer during busy periods (sales, holiday season) or if a garment is out of stock. Unless we tell you otherwise when you order, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery country and the number of items. They are shown to you before you confirm your order. For example, in France, delivery of one t-shirt costs €4.08 and delivery of two t-shirts costs €5.12.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. If you ordered several items, they may be sent in several parcels, sometimes on different dates.

4. Countries we deliver to

We deliver across Europe and to several other countries. The list of available countries is shown at checkout.

5. Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply when the parcel arrives. These are payable by the recipient.

6. Incorrect address, lost or damaged parcel

Please check your address carefully before confirming: we cannot change it once the order is in production. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at shoptaref689@gmail.com with your order number and we will find a solution (see our returns and refund policy).
